Quilters and sewists from Paducah, KY and the surrounding area are invited to join us for this informal group meeting.NOTE: DATE MOVED TO THE 16TH
The museum's classroom is booked for the 9th, so our meeting will be pushed back one week to the 16th.
We will start with showing off and swapping mini quilts. 12 club members are making mini-quilts (between 12-24" per side) for their partner.
You are welcome to bring your own projects to work on for an open sew after the minis are swapped. It's a great time to finish up any of the charity donations (stockings, pillowcases, and ditty bags) from October so they can still be donated before Christmas. You can also work on donations ahead of time and bring them with you to the meeting.
A "Free" table is available if you have fabric or sewing notions you wish to rehome. I am willing to take anything left at the end of the meeting to Merryman House as a donation, or you can take it back.
