A relaxing, light and fun 45 mins for parents and their kids to enjoy yoga, relaxation and a mini craft with sprinklings of self-regulation tips throughout.
💙One parent, max 2 children (due to space).
💙Mats and blankets can be provided if needed. Bring your own if you have them.
💙Recommended ages from 4 years up to 12 years.
💙No experience needed.
