About this Event
Join Us for the Final 2024 C12 Central Texas Leadership Series!
We are excited to welcome long-time C12 friend, Josh Arrington, CEO of The Legatum Group, as our guest speaker. He will be discussing Leadership: Leaning into the Election and Finding Our True Hope.
Our nation is facing significant division, and as business leaders, we must navigate the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual fallout with our employees. Josh, a Colson Fellows pro, will guide us on how to lead well during these challenging times, pointing our teams to true hope.
This session will help us navigate the emotions of our employees and lead effectively regardless of the election outcome. Issues such as censorship, gender identity, human sexuality, DEI, abortion, war, immigration, crime, inflation, climate change, drug legalization, homelessness, and artificial intelligence are fueling this intense division. Josh will provide strategies, advice and action steps to help you address these issues comprehensively in your organization, as navigating just one or two is no longer sufficient.
Don't miss this opportunity to gain valuable insights and strategies for leading effectively in today's volatile environment. Join us on November 1, 2024, at Kinected Co-Working in San Antonio. Grab your tickets today, and enjoy this Leadership Series over breakfast while connecting with other area business executives.
