Week 1 -November 5th

Week 2 - November 12th
Baby Express (Newborn Baby Care):
- Diaper changes
- Why do babies cry?
- Umbilical cord and circumcision care
- Tummy time/SIDS prevention
Week 3 - November 19th
Breastfeeding:
- Dispel common breastfeeding myths
- Establish your milk flow
- How to know if your baby is getting enough to eat
- Feeding cues
