Cook alongside me and meal prep healthy, nutrient-dense, gluten and dairy free adaptable recipes for your family!️About this Event
The menu of what we'll be meal prepping together will be sent out a week before class!
HERE'S WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM EVERY MENU:
- Recipes that are always easily adaptable to be gluten and dairy free
- Every menu prioritizes healthy, whole food ingredients and in-season produce, as well as a variety of different plants to support a healthy gut microbiome
- Minimize food waste by using up most ingredients purchased for recipes, and learn how to repurpose any leftover ingredients during class
- This is not your average, boring chicken and rice meal prep.. after class, you'll have a rotation of delicious, flavorful meals to serve your family for most of the week!
HERE'S HOW IT WORKS:
- Each class will be held the last Sunday of the month, from 4:00 - 5:30 PM EST
- On the Thursday prior to the class you've signed up for, you'll receive an email from me with the recipes, prep work required and ingredient list so you can plan and shop for your groceries
- From Thursday through Saturday, I'll be available via email for any questions about the recipes, ingredients, substitutions needed for allergies, etc.
- Join class via the Zoom link attached to this event
- After an hour and a half you'll have most of your family's meals prepped and ready for the week!
