New Family Practice Coming to North Tulsa NovaStar Family Medicine will be opening its doors for the first time on April 5, 2021. Due to COVID-19, we will not allow the public to view facilities or to meet/greet with Natalie R Jones FNB-BC. We do encourage our local news stations to come out for the Ribbon Cutting. This event will start at 4pm at 5046 N Peoria Ave Suite 300. This grand opening will give local news stations a tour through the medical facility and a handbook detailing our goals to help fill the gap in health disparities in the community. A community is only as healthy as the families who reside here. NovaStar Family Medicine’s mission is to improve the well-being of the individuals and families it serves in the North Tulsa area. North Tulsa market has a lack of primary care clinics, however, the subject practice has distinct competitive advantages that will allow it to quickly build a patient base. NovaStar Family Medicine LLC plans to bridge the gap in healthcare disparities, boosting the health of our community, one family at a time. NovaStar Family Medicine LLC is owned and managed by Natalie R. Jones, a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner with vast experience in the medical field. Her career started a unit secretary over 20 years ago. She completed her Master of Nursing at Simmons University in Boston, MA in 2015.
