SESSION DESCRIPTION:After 20–30 minutes of gentle yoga with Shelley, we’ll take a sacred pause together — a moment to exhale, reflect, and remember just how good 2025 truly was for you. 💗
So often, we move so quickly from one thing to the next that we forget to honor how far we’ve come. During this Sacred Pause Gratitude Workshop, you’ll consciously slow down, look back with intention, and experience a profound, heart-opening reflection that helps you SEE and FEEL your year through the eyes of gratitude.
Bring your 2025 calendar (paper, electronic, or both), a pen, and a notebook or journal.
We’ll travel month by month through your year — pausing to journal about the moments, the laughter, the lessons, and the unexpected blessings.
We’ll take time to reflect and notice — who you met, what you accomplished, how you grew, and just how much truly did go well. It’s amazing what you see when you look through the lens of gratitude.
Even if 2025 brought its share of challenges, this practice will help you profoundly shift your perspective from what went wrong to what went right. You’ll uncover the goodness that was always there — the love that showed up, the growth that happened, and the joy that quietly wove itself through your days.
✨ By the end of our time together, you’ll have an entirely new perception of your year — one filled with deep appreciation and heartfelt gratitude for all the good you experienced. Instead of wishing the year away, you’ll find yourself falling in love with it — and with the person you’ve become along the way.
