Ecstatic Dance is a free-form, un-choreographed dance practice where participants move to music without specific steps, focusing on present-moment awareness and expressing emotions through movement, in a safe, sacred, and sober environment. Our events are open to all levels and people.Oct and Nov dances will be taking place at Centred yoga studio, 120 D industrial Rd (next to the Herbery).
Michelle Devlin, our Irish member, will be facilitating this one with her blend of weird and wonderful. She's usually energetic!
Entry is a sliding scale: $20 (regular income), $15 (budget friendly), $25 (feeling abundant), kiddos ($10).
