CO Local Intentional Adventure - Discover your Inner World Through Art and Play
Time: 3:00 pm
This Month: Adventure and Discover your Inner World Through Art and Play
Date: Sunday, Nov 17th
Time: 3pm
Location: The Club at Rolling Hills
Each month, The Nova hosts an Intentional Adventure, a unique experience designed to bring our community together in meaningful ways that encourage self-discovery, connection, and growth. This month’s adventure invites you to tap into your creativity and explore your inner world through a therapeutic visual art experience.
You’ll be guided through an afternoon of presence, curiosity, compassion, play, and creative exploration to find inner belonging by expressing parts of yourself that are waiting to be seen. Art, as we love to say, is an experiment—you never know what you’ll uncover along the way. Perhaps you’ll find a piece of yourself you’ve been searching for. Creating in community only amplifies the richness and impact of the experience.
If your inner critic is holding you back, know that no art experience is needed! All materials will be provided. Just bring your curiosity and playful spirit—resistance and fear are welcome, too.
About The Nova
The Nova is a soul-led community dedicated to empowering women and non-binary individuals to rewrite the rules and show up authentically. Our monthly intentional adventures are designed to take us out of our comfort zones and into spaces of connection, reflection, and personal growth. These experiences are more than events—they’re opportunities to explore, to connect, and to discover new aspects of ourselves in supportive, inspiring company.
