Join us for an evening of relaxation and connection Soul Streach Social. Will have the chance to take over one of Historic Downtown Goldens yoga studios. This unique event offers a blend of rejuvenating practices, including yoga (asana) for movement and meditation for inward reflection.
Bring your mat, blocks, water bottles, journals, pens, or any items that enhance your yoga and meditation experience. Don’t worry if you forget something—we have extra supplies available.
