About this Event
Healthy food can be both fun and functional! Join us for this class and learn how to make a flavorful, nourishing vegan, and naturally gluten-free multi-course meal from scratch. We will start by making Rice Paper Rolls filled with fresh vegetables, pickled shiitake mushrooms, and herbs served with a homemade peanut dipping sauce. Our main course will be a Butternut Squash Coconut and Golden Lentil Stew, followed by a Chocolate Almond Mug Cake for dessert.
