Come and join me for this nourishing yoga day retreat at the wonderful Trigonos retreat centre.Nourish and look after your physical and mental wellbeing with this fun and full day of yoga, lake swimming (optional), healthy eating, creative crafty workshop, pranayama, mudra practice, yoga Nidra and a mini sound bath with the soothing Moon Gong. A goody bag to take home!
We'll be in the studio with it's underfloor heating and breath taking views.
We'll start the day with some energising yoga then a vitamin packed energy snack before heading off down to the lake for a swim! - this is optional, you could just chill out at lakeside or back in the studio.
Back to the Plas house for a healthy hearty lunch, prepared by the team with their fresh and home grown produce.
Next a surprise creative crafty workshop!
It will be fun and there'll be something to take home.
Some chill out Restorative Yoga ,Pranayama and Yoga Nidra,
a mini Gong bath. Going home feeling truly relaxed and refreshed.
All in the wonderful Trigonos with it's lovely views and gardens.
