On my Yoga & Meditation Retreats I often get asked for MORE YOGA! So I thought I would run a retreat that is all about different styles of Yoga.HATHA YOGA is the original yoga from India and covers a wide variety of practices. On this retreat we will practise a mat-based grounding sequence and a standing, energising sequence.
RESTORATIVE YOGA enables deep relaxation as you hold poses for longer periods of time with the help of props to completely support you.
YOGA NIDRA or yogic sleep is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, typically induced by a guided meditation.
