This session is designed for all types of caregivers—whether you're supporting a loved one, working in healthcare, teaching, parenting, or holding space for others in any capacity. Taking time for self-care isn’t selfish; it’s essential to continue shining your light.
Join us for a community Sound Bath designed to nourish your spirit, restore your energy, and rekindle your inner sparkle. Surrounded by soothing sound waves, let yourself relax, release, and recharge.

✨Sound therapy offers a way to invite a time of harmony and balance for the body, allowing your body to focus its energy on restoration.
Benefits of Sound Therapy include:
Deep relaxation and meditative-like states

Promotes restful sleep
This Sound Bath will feature Crystal Singing Bowls and various other instruments, including Himalayan Singing Bowls, chimes, and other instruments.
This Sound Bath will be a lying-down experience. Yoga mats(to lay on, No movement practice), blankets, and a small bolster will be provided. You may bring any additional props, such as a pillow or blankets for your comfort. Being well-hydrated optimizes the benefits of a sound bath, as the sound waves and vibrations reach us on a cellular level. Please dress comfortably.
While sound baths are generally safe for most people, individuals with certain medical conditions—such as severe mental health disorders, epilepsy, or a history of deep vein thrombosis (DVT)—should consult with their healthcare provider before participating. Pregnant women are also encouraged to seek medical advice prior to attending a session.
Sound baths may produce monaural beats; if you are prone to seizures, you should check with your physician. If you wear a cochlear implant, please let your sound facilitator know. If you have sensory sensitivities, please contact Adriana to discuss options. Results may vary from person to person.
Plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early to settle into your spot. Due to the nature of this experience, no late entries will be permitted—no entry past 6:15 pm. Please do not knock.
Please note that a sound bath provided by Serenity Sounds is intended to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and support overall well-being. However, sound therapy is a complementary practice and should not be considered a substitute for professional medical treatment, diagnosis, or therapy.
