Welcome to Nourish Your Soul Yoga Flow!
Come join us for a rejuvenating yoga session at Stompin' Groundz. Let's unwind, stretch, and flow together as we nourish our bodies and souls.
Join Think Positive Club for a special self-care yoga flow, "Nourish & Flourish," as we kick off Self Love Week under the radiant full moon!
In this one-hour class, our talented yoga instructor, Sal, will guide you through a rejuvenating and nourishing practice designed to soothe your soul. ( Donation-based (suggested donation $10-$15, pay what you can)
At Think Positive Club, we strive to share the power of positive thinking and healing with our community. We believe that everyone deserves access to wellness and self-care.
Arrive early, doors open at 5:30 PM, and enjoy some tea while you get settled and claim your spot!
