The ability to feel joy is something we are all born with. Life’s challenges may often result in us feeling disconnected with our innate joyfulness. However, through compassionate and supportive practices like iRest® yoga nidra, we are able to tap into these innate feelings of joy despite the circumstances, reconnecting us to our sense of purpose and wellbeing. This session will support you in nourishing and resting in this joy.

iRest®️ offers a guided meditation that leads you on a journey to the self, where we find our true nature embodied in love and wholeness. By using different techniques to welcome all experiences in the present moment, we are able to enter into a deep relaxation while cultivating a quiet yet receptive state of mind where we meet our ground of wellbeing, and innate joyfulness.

Accompanied with the compassionate sounds of the Himalayan singing bowls and gongs, the practice holds space for supportive rest and awakening.
