Join us for a deeply restorative evening designed to support nervous system healing, energetic balance, and embodied connection through immersive sound healing, somatic practices, and spinal attunement.
Held beneath the open sky in NUMA’s Sister of the Conscious Soul’s sacred outdoor yurt sanctuary, this intimate healing experience weaves together crystal singing bowls, chimes, gongs, breathwork, fascia release, spinal attunement, and body-led somatic guidance to create a space for deep restoration and renewal.
As the body softens into a meditative theta state, the nervous system begins to regulate, tension gently releases, and the spirit is invited forward. Through sound, breath, movement, and embodied awareness, participants may experience emotional release, energetic clearing, cellular rejuvenation, and a profound sense of grounding within themselves.
Together, Danielle and Jennifer will guide you through a sacred journey of nourishment for the mind, body, and soul — supporting the body’s innate ability to heal, restore, and reconnect.
