Nourish Tahoe is a community celebration of local food, wellness, and connection. Hosted by Tahoe Food Hub and Mountain Lotus Yoga, and made possible by the generous support of the Truckee Core Values Fund, this family-friendly event brings together farmers, makers, and community members for a day dedicated to nourishing both body and mind.Join us Sunday, May 31 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Mountain Lotus in Truckee for a vibrant afternoon featuring a pop-up farmers market, local vendors offering wellness-centered products, and a build-your-own bouquet bar where you can create a beautiful arrangement with locally grown flowers. Mountain Lotus will also be offering a free community yoga class, inviting attendees to slow down, move, and connect in a welcoming shared practice.
Families are welcome, with activities for all ages, and fresh farm-to-table food available for purchase from Mountain Lotus Café throughout the day.
