This spacious day of practice will support you as you release wintertime energy and connect to what is quietly stirring and reawakening for you this spring. We’ll nurture what’s ready to unfurl and stretch, ever-so-gently, toward the light. And we’ll honor and tend to what is still gathering, forming, taking root beneath the surface.Our time will include a mix of slow, gentle asana and deeply restful restorative yoga, plus soothing breathing practices, guided relaxations and meditations, poetry, and time for reflection and contemplation— all to help you ease into springtime with care and presence.
The day will include a 90 minute lunch break. Feel free to bring a personal picnic to enjoy outside. There are also yummy cafe options right nearby. Bring a journal if you’d like.
