Nourish & Calm is an intentional, in-person gathering exclusively for women in Greenville, designed to help you shed the weight of the week and return to steady ground.
Guided by Jessica Lee Reader, a Master Nutrition Therapist and Yoga Teacher with 17+ years of expertise, this evening is crafted for those feeling overextended or craving a deeper sense of connection.
The Flow of the Evening:
5:45 PM | The Soft Arrival: Settle in, grab a cup of calming herbal tea and a small grounding snack, and find your spot in our candlelit circle.
6:00 PM | Connection & Grounding: Collective breathwork to signal safety to your nervous system.
6:30 PM | Somatic Yoga: A slow-paced, all-levels practice to release chronic tension and improve mobility.
7:30 PM | Deep Rest & Handpan Sound Bath: A restorative Yoga Nidra meditation accompanied by the resonant sounds of a live handpan.
8:00 PM | Connection & Nourishment: We close the circle with seasonal nourishing snacks and optional light conversation, enjoying a lingering peace before heading home.
