NOURISH & Bloom// a moment to gather, hold space & bloom...
Nourish., in partnership with Blooming All Over, presents The 963hz Spring Edition as Nourish & Bloom...This is a unique, 90 min program activation; a live music, meditative and healing curated series designed to entertain, cultivate and promote mental health, wellness and self-care. A combination of spiritual vibes, movement, sound, mindfulness activity and ritual, Nourish & Bloom will take the audience on an inward journey, offering an opportunity to center ourselves, hold space, rejuvenate, release and bloom.
The 963hz Spring Forth Edition
In the spirit of blooming and springing forth, this unique installation explores 963 hz sound, a frequency that allows us to connect to unconditional love, divine connection and spiritual enlightenment. This installment will feature a sonic sermon by DJ Salah Ananse, sacred therapeutic drumming by Maimouna, a guided manifestation facilitated by Danielle Lyles Barton of Blooming All Over and experimental poetry & sound design by Kemi Bennings.
