We’re starting the new year slowly, intentionally, and together 🤍Join Manda and Renee on January 11th for a special, multi-space experience designed to help you ground, reflect, and begin 2026 feeling aligned and nourished ✨ We’ll begin with an all-levels, grounding yoga flow outside on the gorgeous turf grass, practicing beneath the cozy glow of heat lamps + views of Ft Bayou 🌴🧘🏻♀️From there, we’ll move inside the hotel ballroom for a candle-lit intention setting ritual. You’ll be guided through gentle reflection, with beautiful journals provided and time to write and connect with what you’re calling in for the year ahead 🕯️ 🙏
We’ll close the experience in the sun-drenched Sunset Lounge, gathering for a nourishing, elevated build-your-own salad experience—overflowing with colorful produce, crunchy textures, and flavorful finishes—plus relaxed community connection with a stunning view!
