Nourish & Flow is a wellness morning by More Than Mum, created as a beautiful way to celebrate International Women’s Day.

Join us for a slow, nourishing reset designed to help you reconnect with your body, mind and appetite — without pressure, guilt or perfection. The morning begins with a 40-minute yoga flow led by Gina Dowling, suitable for all levels, followed by an inspiring and practical nutrition talk with expert nutritionist Jessica May Love (@jessicamaywellness_). We’ll then come together for a relaxed sit-down brunch, giving you space to connect, chat and truly savour the moment.

This is an invitation to pause, soften, and pour back into yourself — because you are more than what you do for others.
