About Facilitator
Paul Duynhoven, Director at +MORE. Chartered Accountant.
“As a Director in the accounting and advisory field, I bring a depth of experience shaped by a strong foundation in agriculture and regional business. Growing up on a dairy farm in Taranaki instilled in me a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities faced by rural businesses -experience that continues to influence my work today.
Over the years, I’ve expanded my expertise to include a broad range of clients—from small businesses to larger commercial enterprises across both commercial and rural industries. My professional journey has included leadership roles where I’ve managed teams, reviewed complex engagements, mentored and trained staff, and undertaken a secondment with a multinational firm.
I enjoy working with small and medium business owners to help them run their businesses smarter to make more money, be as effective as possible for the best tax outcomes, and set strategies to support their goals and lifestyle.
In 2019, I completed the Kellogg Rural Leadership Programme, with a research project that I published on Innovative approaches to succession planning —a topic I remain passionate about, particularly helping with intergenerational business transitions.
I’m committed to delivering practical advice that helps clients grow, adapt, and succeed in an ever-changing environment. I wish to help clients succeed with smarter better business."
