As The Halcyon Club’s Director of Retreat and Leadership Programmes, Gareth delivers transformative courses that blend his deep understanding of mindset, trust, and accountability – vital elements for all high-performing teams. Partnering with high-profile clients such as KIA Motors and Leeds Rhinos, Gareth’s mission is to help organisations and professionals unlock their elite edge.

He will be covering three key topics:
- BFP - Understanding how to utilise stress as a fuel source for your development and performance.
- Metrics you can manage: Metrics that you can use to recover and keep performing at your best.
- Peak Performance Nutrition: Build a nutritional plan to fuel your performance and build the mind and capacity to match.
The two workshops will cumulate with a military themed Team Circuit: “Classified” [don’t train prior!] *Participation optional
