Join us to do Nothing on Monday 3rd November in The MAC.
Nothing Day is an invitation to rest, think and dream.
Doing nothing is a radical act of protest, against busyness and burn out, against endless growth and terminal consumption. It's a call for the urgent necessity of doing less.
Doing nothing enables us to reconnect with each other and the world around us. It is only in rest and reflection that wisdom, creativity and innovation can be found. If we don't make room for nothing, nothing good will happen.
Doing nothing at The MAC will look like this:
(in)activities (curated communal nothing experiences and exploring NOTHING resources)
Screen free, free lunch (give up your phone and grab a sandwich)

If you can't join us then you consider doing nothing in your own way. You can do a whole day of nothing, or just an hour. You can spend time doing nothing alone, or with other people. Whether you're at work or at home, make a bit of space in your schedule.
