Step into a peaceful space where sound becomes medicine. Through the gentle resonance of crystal singing bowls, percussion, and vocal toning, Alicia Grant, CSFP, creates a deeply immersive sound experience designed to quiet the mind, relax the body, and awaken a profound sense of calm.
One hour of healing Sound Bath and then one hour to relax with soft music,
conversation, community and sharing as you integrate your energetic reset

Alicia will step into full sound therapy mode as she layers Crystal singing bowls, Native America Flute, Deep percussion, Melodic vocal toning, shakers, chimes , ocean drum and more. All woven together using sound frequencies than can help bring your heart and brain into coherence.

What to Bring
A yoga mat, if lying down, plus a pillow, blanket and eye mask. Wear comfortable clothing.
Directions:
The Light Therapy Lounge is located near the corner of Moulton and Oso Pkwy.
A 7-11 store is situated on one end of the building, and there are stairs on both ends, plus an elevator for easy access. You will find the Light Therapy Lounge on the upper level directly above the donut shop. Plenty of free parking.
