Not Your Average Network: Biohacking2.0 at Albi Wellness is set to redefine networking in Houston on December 19th!After a successful first event we decided to do it again this month. Unlike traditional networking events that often revolve around drinking and superficial interactions, this gathering is dedicated to bringing together holistic and wellness practitioners in a supportive and authentic setting. The doors will open at 6:30 PM, with the program commencing at 7 PM. Attendees will be welcomed with a refreshing Superfood Elixir from Tarek the owner of Albi Wellness. The evening culminates in a peaceful experience with a meditaiton led by Brittany & sound bowls led by Saumil, designed to help you unwind and connect with your inner self.
There will be 10-minute demos showcasing the the sound bed and red light therapy and cold plung. Make sure to bring a towl and swim wear if you wish to plung.
