Welcome to the Norwich Amateur Brewers Festival!
Norwich Amateur Brewers are delighted to welcome you back to THE MAD CAT, next door to the famous Fat Cat on West End Street, for our 2026 Beer Festival.
There’s loads to get involved with - special events, guided tasting sessions, educational talks and exciting special guest appearance… not to mention the opportunity to sample over 20 different beers crafted for you by members of our club. Get involved, vote for your favourite and have fun!
A ticket gives you 15 tastings of beer, and a tasting is a third of a pint. But there is more...
Immerse yourselves in an afternoon of all-things beer:
- Beer showcases from commercial breweries like Adnams, Moongazer and Ampersand Brew Co.
- Triangle Taste Test: a blind tasting, comparing a beer from a Pro vs Amateur
- Meet and chat with brewers and club members
- Vote for your favourite beer and give eternal glory to one of our club members.
When you buy a ticket you're helping us to raise money for the heroes of East Anglian Air Ambulance. They do fantastic work saving lives covering Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire and Bedfordshire 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by air and road. You can check out the great work they do at eaaa.org.uk.
