Email has become a necessary means of communication to fully engage in our modern world. This four-part class is designed to introduce students to the basics of email. Students will learn about common email providers, basic email skills (such as attaching a document) and troubleshooting tips for common issues. The class meets weekly at Library 21c for four consecutive weeks, with three sessions that are instructor-led and cover material on the given topic and a fourth session that is conducted as an open lab for students to ask questions, take proctored exams, or get more information.
