Losing a pet is never easy. Join with others who share your feelings and understand your loss at FETCH a Cure's complimentary support group meetings on the third Monday of each month from 7-8pm at Woofie's Ashburn Location. All family members, including children, are welcome to attend.Meetings are led by Lynn Sehnert, the human behind the camera at Lance and Lili Pet Photography. Lynn is a member of the Association for Pet Loss and Bereavement, and is a pet loss grief specialist through Pet Loss Partners and One Last Network. She has also completed the Companion Animal Death Doula program through the University of Vermont. Lynn also created the website Letters to Lance to help normalize pet loss grief after the loss of her beloved Lance and hopes to help other pet guardians process their grief.
If you plan to attend, please RSVP in the form linked in the 'tickets' section of the event. Meetings are free to attend but donations to FETCH a Cure to support the continuation of Pet Loss Support Groups are encouraged by participants.
