We invite all Men interested in joining an organization that stands on the principles of leadership, scholarship, citizenship, fidelity, and brotherhood. We are a fraternity born out of the Civil Rights Movement in 1963 by 12 non-traditional students at Morgan State University. The Beta Alpha Omega chapter serves all of the surrounding Northern VA communities including Fredericksburg-Stafford, Prince William, Fairfax, Alexandria, Arlington, , and Loudoun Counties. Iota Phi Theta is more than a Fraternity, We are a Movement!
