Grieving the loss of a loved one? You’re not alone❤️🩹Our Northern Trust Therapeutic Bereavement Group for Adults offers a safe, supportive space to explore your grief, share experiences, and begin healing.
Led by a qualified counsellor, the group meets for six fortnightly sessions. Whether your loss is recent or long ago, you’ll find understanding, connection, and gentle guidance through this journey.
