This May, let your heart beat to the rhythm of Northern Soul, a vibrant celebration of NZ Music Month, Hospice Awareness Week, and the incredible talent of our Far North community.
With something for everyone, come along to our free daytime showcase from 11am - 5pm where you will find art, creativity, and community spirit alongside live performances from talented local musicians and plenty of kids activities, games, rides and fun.
From 5pm onwards, join us for a spectacular evening where local musicians and artists come together for one powerful cause. Generously donating their time and talent, these amazing performers will fill the Waipapakauri Hotel with soulful sounds, creative energy, and a lively atmosphere you won’t want to miss.

All proceeds from this event will support Far North Community Hospice, whose compassionate nurses provide expert pain management and care so patients with life‑limiting illnesses do not die in pain. Hospice also walks alongside grieving whanau for a full year after the loss of their loved one, offering care, comfort, addressing social needs and understanding when it’s needed most.
By attending Northern Soul, you are helping Hospice continue this vital work right here in the Far North.
