The American Legion High School Oratorical Contest for the Northern Region will take place on Saturday, February 1. The winners of the contests from the 13th, 14th, 15th, 16th, and 17th Districts will compete for a spot to the Department contest during the Spring Conference on February 28.
It will be at American Legion Post 176 in Springfield.
The contest will start at 10:00 AM.
