We are thrilled to announce the 2nd year of the Northern Neck Arts Festival, a celebration of arts and culture born from the dynamic partnership between the Town of Montross, Belle Ville Farm, and JArt Inc.
This premier juried event will showcase the finest artistic talents our region has to offer, set against the scenic backdrop of historic Belle Ville Farm in Virginia's Northern Neck. Our collaborative vision delivers an arts festival that has quickly become a must-attend cultural destination.
