New lawyers, summer associates, interns, and law students are invited to attend this award-winning, free in-person CLE seminar! This is a must-attend program for any new lawyer practicing in federal court or those looking to develop skills in written and oral advocacy.

The seminar will feature Judge Matthew Kennelly presiding over oral arguments of two dispositive motions from two separate pending cases. Judge Kennelly may rule from the bench during the program, providing real-time insights into the judicial decision-making process.

Attendees will benefit from the expertise of esteemed panelists, including District Judge John Kness, District Judge Lindsay Jenkins, and Magistrate Judge Heather McShain. The judges will discuss best practices in written and oral advocacy, sharing invaluable advice tailored to newer lawyers and law students.

Agenda:

  • Oral Arguments: Judge Matthew Kennelly will preside over two dispositive motions.
