Northeast Wisconsin Paddlers Presents: The 2026 Paddling Film Festival at the historic Tarlton Theatre!
Each year, the Paddling Film Festival World Tour has showcased the very best paddling films from around the world. NEWP, Inc. (Northeast Wisconsin Paddlers) is excited to once again bring this prestigious film festival to Northeast Wisconsin. From whitewater action to sea kayaking, canoeing, rafting and paddleboarding, these short films will take you around the globe to explore great places, great challenges and people with great spirit.

The Tarlton Theatre offers complimentary parking at the paved lot located immediately to the west of the theatre at 100 South Chestnut Avenue. Parking spaces marked "The Tarlton Theatre" are reserved for theatre guests only. Free parking is also available on South Broadway, South Chestnut Avenue, and Howard Street, but we caution our guests against parking their vehicles overnight.
