Northampton Guildhall - Guided Tour

Join us for a guided tour of the historic Guildhall. A chance to look behind the scenes of this iconic building, exploring its stunning Victorian Gothic architecture and interiors, and learn how the history of Northampton is carved into its stone. Explore areas of the Guildhall not accessible to the public, including the basement and cells. Perfect for history enthusiasts and curious locals alike.

Although all public areas of the building are accessible by lift, the basement can only be reached by stairs.

Due to uneven flooring, please wear appropriate footwear.

This tour is not suitable for children under 8 years old. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Tour lasts approximately 1 to 1 1/4 hours.
