This DCC project focuses on North Dunedin and examines whether there will be sufficient and appropriate housing to meet community needs over the next 30 years.A key objective is to ensure future housing supports and enhances the student living experience while studying in Dunedin.
The project aims to develop a clear understanding of current and future housing demand, alongside the planning and infrastructure factors that influence the delivery of new homes.
