The North East Tech Charity Dinner, delivered by , is where tech leaders meet to make a difference, raising vital funds to support digital inclusion while encouraging connections across the region’s thriving tech sector.
This unique networking event offers members and the wider tech community an opportunity to come together, build relationships, and help bridge the digital divide in North East communities.
Bringing together over 150 guests, including decision-makers, CEOs, and senior tech sector stakeholders, the evening will feature networking over dinner, insights from a keynote tech sector leader, and updates on the impact of digital inclusion initiatives across the region.
The North East Tech Charity Dinner is the only event of its kind, uniting the region’s tech sector to connect, collaborate, and create lasting social impact.
MEALS AND BEVERAGES INCLUDED:
MEALS - Delegates can choose one meal from the following options:
- Option 1: Vegetarian Meal (Default Option):

Starter: Tomato Salad, Goats’ Cheese & Lovage
Main: Peri-peri Roasted Cauliflower, Whipped Cashews, Fennel & Quinoa
Dessert: Triple Chocolate Brownie, Hot Chocolate Sauce & Vanilla Ice Cream
- Option 2: Meat Option (Pre-Booking Required):

Starter: Chicken, Avocado & Spring Vegetable Salad with Tarragon Dressing
Main: Slow-cooked Shoulder of Lamb with Mediterranean Vegetables, Thyme & Rosemary
Dessert: Triple Chocolate Brownie, Hot Chocolate Sauce & Vanilla Ice Cream

DRINKS - Each ticket also includes:
- A welcome drink and canapés on arrival during the networking reception.
- Half a bottle of wine or a non-alcoholic beverage per person served with the meal.
- Access to a bar for additional drinks, available for purchase on the night.
Please note that non-alcoholic beverages will be available throughout the evening as an alternative to the alcoholic drinks included with your ticket.

DYNAMO DIGITAL INCLUSION FUND
In partnership with the Community Foundation, we operate the Dynamo Digital Inclusion Fund to help reduce the digital divide. All proceeds from our raffles and auctions go directly to the fund, with 100% of donations supporting this work.
In 2025, we raised £40,000, which was distributed in partnership with the Community Foundation to nine charities supporting digital inclusion across the region.

The Community Foundation connects generous people and businesses to brilliant community organisations across the North East. By working with the Community Foundation, donors can fulfil their charitable goals without the administrative challenges involved in setting up and managing a separate trust or foundation. This year, we have selected to choose a vegetarian menu by default. You and your guests will be served vegetarian unless you opt for a meat main course on your booking/guest information form.
TICKET PURCHASING & CANCELLATION POLICY:
If unforeseen circumstances require you to cancel your booking, the following terms will apply:
- 25% administration charge if cancelled by 16 December 2026
- 50% administration charge if cancelled by 12 January 2026
- No refunds for cancellations made on or after 13 January 2026
