The summit focuses on our vision and approach to delivering high quality, integrated services to our population, strengthening partnerships, and aligning local priorities with national direction.
You’ll hear practical examples and our key drivers, and the approach we use to reduce health inequity across North Cumbria.
By bringing leaders, practitioners and community voices together, the summit will support neighbourhood working, prevention and early intervention, and the continued development of sustainable, integrated care. We’ll end the day with shared priorities and clear next steps to drive meaningful action.
