Join us for a refreshing evening hike at McMullen Creek in Charlotte, NC! This in-person event is part of the North Carolina-52 Hike Challenge, where we explore different trails. . Whether you're a seasoned hiker or just starting out, this hike is perfect for all skill levels. Don't miss out on this opportunity to unwind and recharge in the great outdoors. See you there!
Let's take advantage of the summer evenings and enjoy it getting darker later.
During the summer, insects such as mosquitoes can be quite bothersome. Remember to bring insect repellent to avoid being bit. Wear adequate clothing at least 1L of water along with snacks and electrolytes. As always, please pack your 10 essentials for safety reasons!
Hike is Pet-Friendly
When: Tues.night, August 6th at 6:00PM. There is plenty of free parking. The parking lot is off of Pineville-Matthews Rd. across from Trio Restaurant. We will meet in the parking lot.
Skill Level: Easy. Everyone is welcome to do this hike. Relatively flat trail. It's 3-4 miles total out and back of paved trail. Trail is shared with bikers and roller bladers, but is very wide.
