The North & Central Zone Sports Competition will be on Sunday 27th November 2022, from 9am-5:30pm at the Aston University, Birmingham.
The theme for this year's Sports Competition is Healthy Body, Healthy Mind, focusing on the benefits of sports and taking back with us all the positives from good fitness to our mental health.
