You are invited to join Happiness Habits 613 on the nordic ski trails in Kanata.

⏰ 5:30pm-9:30pm (please arrive on time. no need to stay 4 hours)
📍 Meet: Kanata Nordic - 411 Corkstown Rd (look for the red Kanata Nordic flag)

Eventbrite registration mandatory. Kanata Nordic waiver/google doc mandatory too.
All ages. All fitness levels. Newbies welcome.
No gear? No problem. Kanata Nordic has graciously offered to suit us up for the events. Once registered, we will make sure you have all the forms to fill out.
We will meet at Kanata Nordic to get our gear and learn the basics. Parking location at Kanata Nordic (411 Corkstown - look for the big KANATA NORDIC flag 200m west of the Wesley Clover Park entrance)
Happiness Habits 613 😀: We are a grassroots group in Ottawa-Gatineau created in 2015 that cultivates healthy habits in the community through the 9 Pillars of Happiness. Join us throughout February 2025 for free in-person indoor and outdoor events.. @tammynutrition & @bytownboy are Happiness Habits 613’s coleads in 2025.
