We will spend this evening and early night on the bike and enjoy one of the longest days of the year. Join us for a 5-7-hour ride in the countryside in Follo south east of Oslo. There are two distances to choose between: 145 km or 110 km.

Komoot is kindly providing a pre-ride rice cake and a voucher for a free region for route planning. The voucher to redeem on www.komoot.com will be sent to participants via e-mail a few days before the ride.
We will have two groups riding the long distance at a good solid pace of around 29-30 km/h and one group riding the shorter distances at around 25 km/h. You must be comfortable riding at this pace to be sure you’ll be able to stay with the group at all times. Our road captains will look after the group and try to keep it together and support those in need. But it is highly recommended that you save the route on your own GPS device so you’ll be able to make your way home alone.
We will ride in smaller groups of max 15 (each with at least one road captain).
We’ll also be introducing the self service group this year. You are invited to ride the route (long or short) alone or with friends on the same evening. Register on via the ticket link to receive the Komoot sponsored items as well.
When returning to Oslo after sunset we will head for post ride drinks (if restrictions allow) at a place yet to be decided. Info will follow as soon as decided.
