About this Event
Celebrate Easter with Nordic Traditions & Give Back to the Earth!
Join us for a cozy and creative morning filled with traditional Nordic Easter arts & crafts, an exciting egg hunt, and delicious treats!
Children, together with their caregivers, will get hands-on making festive crafts like painted eggs, planting seeds, and using their creativity in other arts projects — keepsakes to take home and treasure.
And watch out… in true Nordic tradition, you might even spot an Easter Witch passing through on their way to Blåkulla (Sweden) or Kyöpelinvuori (Finland)! 🧹✨
Tickets:
- Early Bird (until March 13, 11:59 PM): $15 per person
- General Admission (March 14 and later): $15/child, $20/adult
Bonus: Earth Week Clothing Swap!
International Earth Day is celebrated on April 21, but at SSCC, we extend the celebration for an entire week! To kick off Earth Week (April 21-27), we're hosting a Clothing Swap alongside our Easter Arts & Crafts event. Bring gently used children´ s clothes, toys, books & games (no larger items please) and/or pay what you can to take home new-to-you treasures. All donations will go directly to support the school.
Important Notes:
- This is a family-friendly event, and activities are designed for children ages 1-11, but open to all.
- This is NOT a drop-off event—caregivers must stay and join in the fun!
Come for the crafts, stay for the community, and leave with cherished memories (and maybe a few new wardrobe finds)!
