• SATAY NACHOS (GF): corn chips layered w/ pollo soy curs, doused in peanut sauce + turmeric curry crema
• TOM YUM POZOLE (GF): hominy-infused broth, grilled mushroom, onion, cherry tomato w/ garnish
• THAI CHIMICHANGA: refried black beans, poblano green rice, purble cabbage, tempeh in peanut sauce - in a crispy tortilla
