Celebrate the New Year at Noon with a countdown party! Join us for refreshments and crafts before the big balloon drop at noon! There will be bubbles and festive music to help celebrate the coming New Year! This event is geared for preschool-aged children. Siblings are welcome. Registration is not required. Patrons do not need to live in Kaukauna or have a library card to attend.
