**Nonviolent Communication (NVA) (SATURDAY 10am-5pm) is an approach to communication based on the principles of nonviolence. It is not an attempt to end disagreements, but rather a method that aims to increase empathy and improve the quality of life of those who utilise the method and the people around them☺️It is a communication process developed by Marshall Rosenberg in the 1960s. It focuses on fostering compassion and understanding in interpersonal interactions. The primary goal of NVC is to enhance communication and resolve conflicts in a peaceful manner. Core Components of NVC :
Observation: Clearly observing what is happening in a situation without judgment or evaluation.
Feelings: Expressing feelings that arise from the observations made.
Needs: Identifying and articulating the underlying needs or values that are connected to those feelings.
Requests: Making specific, actionable requests that can help meet those needs.
